Plan modification process

After choosing an American Design Concepts plan from the web site:
  1. Request a plan modification worksheet. BELOW
  2. After receiving a plan modification worksheet, clearly note and identify the desired changes. SAMPLE
  3. Email or fax your requested changes.
    4. Once we receive your requested changes we will respond with a revised plan quote within 2-3 business days.
